Shipping Schedule
Callaway Golf will ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. All orders processed by 2:00 PM CT will ship the same business day. Exceptions to this include orders that are placed on Friday after 2:00 PM CT, over a weekend or on a holiday, as well as any order requiring special handling such as length/lie angle adjustments or custom gripping.
Domestic Shipping Options: Most of the products shipped within the continental U.S. are delivered via Federal Express Ground Delivery. You also have the option of choosing Federal Express Second Day Air or Next Day Air Delivery as you are checking out.
All packages are shipped signature required for fraud protection with insurance included in the charge. We are unable to provide insurance on packages sent with no signature required.
FedEx Express International Service: Canadian customers can have orders shipped via Express International Shipping only. Typically, items shipped via Express International Shipping are delivered to Canadian addresses within three business days after leaving our facility. Canadian orders will be subjected to a 15% Canadian sales tax (Federal Goods and Services Tax GST and Local Provincial Sales Tax PST) paid by Federal Express when going through customs. The buyer will reimburse Federal Express for these taxes upon delivery.
Return Policy
1. If you would like to arrange a return please contact the Callaway Customer Service department at 1-866-927-7733 (or via e-mail at Gift.Card@callawaygolf.com) to obtain a Return Authorization (RA#).
2. The return items must have a RA# written on the outside of the return package.
3. The return item must be in the original packaging and condition.

Club Received Does Not Match Your Order
If the club you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-866-927-7733 (or via e-mail at Gift.Card@callawaygolf.com) for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way to get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

Q: Does my Gift Card expire?
A: No. Your Gift Card has no expiration date.
Q: Can I split my shipment if some items I order are not in stock?
A: Yes. However, orders are set to ship when complete by default. If you would like to split the shipment, please call a Customer Service Representative at 1-866-927-7733.
Q: Can I leave a balance on my card and use it at a later time?
A: Yes, but be sure not to lose your card or card number. Always treat your card as you would cash. It cannot be replaced if it is lost or stolen.
Q: Can I give my Gift Card to a friend or relative?
A: Yes. The Callaway Golf Gift Card is transferable.
Q: Does sales tax apply to my purchase?
A: Yes. Shopping Spree and Gift Cards will have applicable state sales tax calculated on the entire purchase amount.
Q: How is state sales tax calculated?
A: State Sales Tax is calculated based on the SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Q: Can I trade in a used club towards a Gift Card purchase like Trade In! Trade Up!™
A: Not at this time. We are working on a Trade In! Trade Up! solution for the Gift Card program which should be available soon. Your trade in credit can only be applied towards the overage dollars you spend. For example, if you have a $100 trade item and you do not spend $100 above and beyond your Gift Card value, then we cannot process your trade.
Q: What if the item (or color, size, etc.) I want is not currently available?
A: The item you want may no longer be offered, please call us at 1-866-927-7733 to verify availability.
